One should try to say 100 Brachot daily. On a regular weekday, this happens if one prays all 3 prayers and says one's blessing over food.
On Shabbat, the shorter Amida means one is missing 29 Brachot.
One way to complete the quota is to eat fruit and treats between meals and smell spices.
One also fulfills Oneg Shabbat - enjoying Shabbat - this way.
