Tomorrow (Tuesday morning) there will be is a partial sun eclipse in Israel and surrounding areas.
There is no special Bracha said on seeing an eclipse, though on meteors and comets one says "Oseh Ma'ase Breishis":
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה', אֱ-לקֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם
עוֹשֶׂה מַעֲשֶׂה בְּרֵאשִׁית
Blessed are You... Who makes the work of creation.
